I know those lonely nights all too well, but give yourself some credit. Even if that journal entry is awash with your feelings of loneliness, at least you didn’t allow yourself to wallow in them. It might feel that way, but you did something about it by writing about them.Being productive, even in a sad way, is never a waste, so good for you.
